Yes. Two Velcro straps wrap underneath the chair armrest and fasten securely. The textured particle base adds a second layer of grip between the pad and the armrest surface. During normal use, the pad does not shift or rotate.

Remove the cover if it is detachable, or wipe the surface with a damp cloth for spot cleaning. Avoid soaking the memory foam core. For the Mesh version, a damp cloth removes surface dust and oils effectively. The Suede version can be brushed lightly to restore the nap.

Yes. The pad adds cushioned height on top of your existing armrest. If your chair armrests are already at the correct height for your desk, you may need to lower them slightly after adding the pads to maintain a neutral wrist and shoulder position.
